The MiMA's provide a great chance to raise your profile throughout the Greater Manchester business community and be recognised as the best young professional in your sector.
Entering the awards is completely free and you can enter as many categories that are relevant to you or your organisation. So get thinking about who you want to nominate.

SEASHELL - Chosen by Herbie Hursthouse, future-pro Chair

Seashell is a national charity which was established over 200 years ago and exists to transform the lives of children and young adults with the most complex disabilities. We do this by providing education and care for those aged up to 25 year old at our Ofsted-rated “Outstanding” Royal School Manchester and Royal College Manchester and through our Short Breaks (respite) services.
The facilities at Seashell’s base in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport also act as a community hub, giving those in the local area access to a programme of inclusive sports activities and facilities, including a 3G sports pitch, cycling track and swimming pool.
This is a particularly exciting time in Seashell’s long and varied history as later this year (2025) we will be handed the keys to our Ged Mason Building, which will be the new home for Royal School Manchester. In early 2026, students and staff will be moving into the premises and using the world class facilities which will include a climbing wall, sensory rooms, community café and much much more.

Manchester Women's Aid - Chosen by Alison Loveday, pro-manchester Chair
Manchester Women's Aid is a specialist domestic abuse service committed to promoting freedom from abuse in all aspects of our work, while supporting each client holistically. As part of The Pankhurst Trust, we are a feminist organisation committed to advocating for the rights and needs of women and girls, challenging the unequal legal, social, and cultural environments they face in their daily lives.
